We are delighted to welcome back the Prince Albert Angling Society to the Midland Game Fair Fishing Village this September. With demonstrations and coaching taking place around Weston Park’s natural pond and with dozens of exhibitors already confirmed, this year’s Fishing Village is one not to miss and the perfect setting for a truly amazing angling experience.
Visitors to this year’s event can look forward to a fantastic line-up of demonstrators, coaching and exhibitions, not to mention trade stands and lots of angling stalls. The Association of Advanced Professional Game Angling Instructors will provide expert advice and tuition in coarse angling on the kidney pond whilst everything to do with fly-fishing will be demonstrated in the small arena in the Fishing Village.
The Midland has some well known angling professionals attending this year including Karl Humphries and Glyn Freeman of the AAPGAI, Bob Nudd MBE, Hywel Morgan, Chris Green and many more! Junior coaching will also be available so if your little one is a budding angler, bring them along to sample everything that the Fishing Village has to offer.
Whether you’re a seasoned angler, new to the sport or just want to take in the tranquil surroundings and get some peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle, come and visit the Midland’s Fishing Village this September.
As Britain’s largest fieldsports-themed outdoor event, the 2017 annual Midland Game Fair boasts a comprehensive itinerary for the whole family as well as more than 700 trade stands selling the latest in countryside goodies and outdoor wear and accessories.
